I went to the library with my daughter and found a new book of three stories of Louis, I think it's some of his earlier work. I love this guy and have read every western he wrote

I used to work in a nursing home, where my great uncle lived. He loved Louis Lamour. He was a gruff old man, and would sit in the smoking lounge (this was back when they still had them indooors, lol) and read his westerns all day. When he passed his daughters gave the books to me. I still get a little choked up when I see my big stack of Lamour books.

All of his books are loved here, by my sons, my late hubby, and my daughter and I. I have always loved those ruff and tumble westerns, and I hope my g/son's will enjoy them when they are old enough to appreciate his style...
