I've never cooked commercially before but I have an idea for a creperie where I would sell crepes at farmer's markets, fairs, etc. and ultimately from a mobile vendor truck. Any farm girls out there that sell food items who wouldn't mind sharing their advice?

I've never been on the selling end of things, but we have a mobile creperie at one of our Farmer's Markets, and I LOVE buying and eating them! It's one of my summer treats to myself. Good luck!!
