Hi, my fairly new housemate (a really wonderful guy) has started to get pigeons. We now have three pairs. I was just wondering what kind of experiences anyone out there might have had with this. It is totally new to me. He wants them to train his hunting dog. NO, they won't be hurt........... the babies will be the ones who would come back to the coop, so he can let them loose and the dog will point at them when he sees them. Some form of training. Like I said, this is all new to me.

Good luck with the pigeons! That's a pretty cool site, Paul - thanks for the link. Georgette - you may want to try asking the question in the "Barnyard Buddies" forum - there are many gals (and guys!) that know a lot who check out that forum frequently... Good luck, and enjoy!!!
XOXO, Libbie
