Nancy Jo, so glad it got there fast! Was everything ok? How long did it take you to unstick all the tape? I told you I shared your love for taping things shut! lol

Just so I am clear, do both the winner and the question maker send cups and saucers? I just want to make sure I do this right.....

Hello All, I a new here and can't quite figure out how the teacup exchange works but I would really like to exchange teacups and loose leaf tea with anyone who is interested. Just let me know the rules! Thanx! Lynne (Woodsy Girl)
"The smell of that buttered toast simply talked to Toad, and with no uncertain voice; talked of warm kitchens, of breakfasts on bright frosty mornings, of cosy parlour firesides on winter evenings, when one's ramble was over and slippered feet were propped on the fender, of the purring of contented cats, and the twitter of sleepy canaries." -- Wind in the Willows, by Kenneth Grahame |

Hm. I'm confused. Do I send to Tasha and she sends one to me? If so, please send me your address, Tasha. Thanks!

I did that and I still wasn't sure so thanks for the instruction. Sometimes I can be dense. I'm thinking of a new question. Will post later today.

You're not alone, Patricia, I was a little foggy on it also. But, NOTE TO KATHERINE and TASHA-ROSE ~*~ two wee packages went in the mail today, and since Priority is just a bit more than regular, you should have my offering by the weekend. So, see, Patricia, I answered Katherine's question and Tasha-Rose answered my question, so I sent a cup to each. Okay, back to prepping for Farm Fair. Judy

Thanks, Judy! This is so much fun! Good luck at Farm Fair. I had to cancel. Got a job on the weekends. I really wanted to go but we can't always have what we want. There's always next year!

Everyone has such cute ideas. I feel like I'm not even in your league when it comes to stuff like this!
I sent my package finally today, after weeks of not getting it sent! I'm such a slacker, I'm going to blame it on being huge & pregnant and also on my mom being ill the past several weeks.
Post some pictures, I've been dying to see what the other cups look like. Or just post pics of your tea sets at home! Wouldn't that be cool to see what all y'alls sets are like?

Hello, fellow slacker...not! I felt so bad making Nancy wait for her package from me that I put a bonus cup (tiny cup and saucer) in the package. I think that you're doing well to get anything done while huge and pregnant (how pregnant are you?) and I don't even have that excuse; mine was travel and work and other usual business...but we farmgirls understand, don't we?

37 weeks along! And it's getting hot here in OK! I also am out of brain-power so I just didn't really know what to put in the package. Oh well. When I regain some of my thinking skill, I will have to send a little something else along. Kind of a bonus!

Hang in there, Rebecca.
You've got your hands full with 3 little 'uns, a DH and one on the way. Make sure you take good care of yourself these last few weeks.

OK, here's my question: Mostly everyone knows the verse, "Grow old along with me. The best is yet to be." But a lot of people think "anonymous" wrote it. Who is the real author?
Good luck, gals.

Hi everyone; I just received a package from Rebecca with some wonderful things inside:
Gorgeous cup and saucer;I have several cups and saucers with assorted rose pattern so this fits right in! Tea sachets, sugar cookies, baby teddy bear, gift bag...and a gazillion plastic grocery bags (great packing material). Thanks, Rebecca, you made my day!
Jo
P.S. The sugar cookies are shaped like teapots! How cute! |

I was hoping the grocery bags would be taken into a loving family. They were overflowing our drawer here in the kitchen!
Glad you liked it!
Did you find the little card too? It maybe got lost in the bags.
