Suzi Parron's book about barn quilts around the US will be out in the Spring of 2011.
She has a blog now that has lots of information about her research and quilts she has seen.
One of our quilts here in Kankakee County is currently featured.

The first thing I thought of when I saw where you were from was the song "City of New Orleans", never met anyone from Kankakee before!
