Since I've won several drawings in the past month and a half (yarn giveaway, tote bag swap, FOTY winner and a couple of others...) I'd like to do a giveaway drawing of my own. I've never won so many things in my life! It's been really fun to say the least! So here it is, I'm not telling what I'm giving away, but it will be a selection of fun items - both crafty and useful.
All you have to do is reply to this post with your favorite and "cannot live without" crafting/art medium.
Thanks for all of the wonderful posts! The lucky winner is... Karrieann!!
The last day to post will be July 10. The drawing will take place on July 11.
Thanks to all you MJF sisters! This is quite a site!

Oh yeah! I want to play! My favorite Crafting/Art medium is...this may sound silly but, My computer! I find patterns, ideas, how to's and all kinds of inspiration. I paint, crochet, sew and draw and would be lost without my puter.

Mine is nature, without it I would have no inspiration, a leaf, a rock, a branch on a tree in the winter, a birds nest...there is so much to see a use, and every direction you look, there's something new

My grandma taught me to crochet when I was eight years old so have been at it for a LONG time! I am a yarn junkie. I love the colors, the feel of yarn, the smell of yarn, everything about yarn

ooh how fun & nice of you!! My favorite medium is color, specifically working with fabric & pattern to make a quilt. When I make a quilt, all the day's thoughts, feelings, dreams, memories, etc. get sewn into it. I love the rhythm & fingering the fabrics & how the colors echo each other & the pattern makes a pattern within a pattern. It's relaxing, like a form of meditation & it's a neat way to connect with the past.

Hi Cindy -
This sounds like so much fun! My favorite medium would have to be yarn. I learned to knit almost as soon as I learned to walk - sitting in my grandma's lap and holding the needles with her. I've been hooked ever since. I never met a yarn I didn't love!

Hi Cindy, sounds like fun! Oddly enough, I would have to say my pen and paper would be my can't live without - its where all my ideas come out. Either that...or this forum...because I've gotten so many crafty ideas from here!!

Thanks for the chance to win, Cindy. Ooooo, how to decide?... I'm still seeking the thing that speaks to me most. I would say at this point, it would be a combination of paint and the great outdoors. I enjoy trying to capture the colors of nature by blending from the many shades available.
Blessings, staci FG# 973 :o )

It would have to be thread, needle and a cloth....whether that be a pillowcase, teatowel, or aida cloth. I love to embroider! Thanks for the great (and mysterious) giveaway!

I would have to say that it is hard to decide-sewing machine, knitting needles, crochet hooks, fabrics, yarns, pencil & paper, needle & thread, etc. I could put them in a hat & pull one out?!?
