I just listed today on my etsy..new batch of wild rose petal jelly..and a new item for me..lemon basil jelly..they both smell and taste heavenly!! Rose petal jelly sold out fast last summer...and the roses don't bloom for long. They make great gifts too.

It tastes so good! very fresh and almost fruity...and has that fresh rosey taste and a beautiful pink color. Hard to describe..I just love it on crackers, or english muffins especially. It makes really sweet thumbprint tea cookies as the filling too. Very girly. Farmgirly!I use the petals from the wild roses that grow in my front yard. They bloom for a very short time so I make as much jelly as I can while they are blooming..taking a break from making the dandelion jelly this week..dandelions will bloom all summer here..haha.

It sounds wonderful! I had no idea that you could make jelly from dandelions, roses, and violets. I am going to have to learn to can!
