06/20/11 The traveling books "QUILTS FROM HEAVEN" are no longer available. Out of four books that have been put in circulation only ONE has made it back home . . and it is my personal copy given to me as a gift and I'm grateful that is the ONE I've gotten back.

I have really enjoyed the book "QUILTS FROM HEAVEN, Parables from the Patchwork of Life". Written by Lucinda Secrest McDowell.
Lucinda writes a little history about some different quilt patterns, and this is so encouraging and uplifting. I have purchased another copy and would like to share it as a "TRAVELING BOOK".
IT WOULD WORK THIS WAY : If you'd like to read it you would sign up by EMAILING me your name and mailing address, and email address.
- you would have a month to read it (that is VERY DO-ABLE) and then it needs to be mailed on to the next person and so it goes.
- when you have finished reading it you would send me an email so I can give the name and address of the next person on the list.
- I will include a journal book for you to write a brief note of encouragement to the person you are sending it to.
YOU WILL NEED TO COMMIT TO: Reading it within the month and then send it on . . . not hanging on to it past the month.
-paying for PRIORITY MAIL postage to send it on. Delivery Confirmation is also necessary.
SOOOOOOOO if you wish to be a part of this TRAVELING BOOK "CLUB" you need to EMAIL me your:
- name
- mailing address
- email address
- telephone number
It is a great book!!!

I posted a note the other day to let you know I got the book. Hmmm...the note is not here. Must have had a computer glich...or operator of the computer glich. Thank you for your words. I've already begun spending quiet time with the book and am treasuring it.

CJ will be getting the traveling book in the mail Saturday. I really want to thank you for sharing, It was a wonderful book.

Luanne I'm so sorry that I didn't get the book in the mail today. Mom is not doing well again today. I'll get it wrapped up and have DH put it in the mail Monday. Again, Sorry!
