Yep. I didn't watch the show in "real time". The kids and I had been getting the series on DVD at the library over the past few months leading up to the final season this year. We were hooked with the first disc! I am not a tv watcher usually. I never know what night a show is on, or care one way or the other about shows. Boy did this one suck me in though!
I let my oldest at home 3 kids stay up and watch the finale and all with me last night. We loved it. STill alot not answered but all in all they did end it well. I am gonna miss that show alot!!

When the series started I wrote down what I thought was going on and how it would end. Over the years I have several friends and a DIL who have talked over the show and it's different story lines. After the final show I checked my predictions and was about 98% right. I must say as TV shows go it is alot better then most but still I wished they would give their watchers a bit more credit. Since I do not have cable and only watch a few shows I might purchase all the seasons so when we are back to having the mindless mush I can have something to watch while spinning my yarns or dyeing my fiber.

I must say it will be strange not to have it on TV.. Now where am I going to wear my grass skirt and coconut bra if not in front of the TV on Tuesday night

I have loved it since the first episode 6 years ago. I am going to miss that show, and Sawyers shirtless scenes. There has never been a show quite like it. When you look back at the character development it was in a league of its own. As for the ending, I do not think there ever could have been an ending that would have satisfied everyone. I shed a few tears myself. My complaint about the ending was that is was in fact, the ending. I am now going to throw away the tv.

I also have been a fan since the first episode. I've loved the show, even when I really didn't know what was going on! LOL!
I'm gonna really miss it, and the final scene (the church scene) made me cry like a baby. And when Vincent the dog came and laid by Jack, I cried again. Great show, awesome final epoisode.

I have loved the show too. Took me a bit to digest the final 15 minutes. Thought more explaining would have eased into it better? Cried like a baby myself! Lol! So sad and moving. To take this ride with these characters was a blast! Will miss them! Amazing show!
