Our brand new chapter, Empire State Mountain FarmGirls, had its first "meeting." We decided to make our meetings "chore days," where we would all pitch in to do a chore at the hosting FarmGirl's home. This way we learn new skills and get some of those "four hands needed" projects done. Our first meeting took place at my home - we installed the last two packages of honeybees on my hill. Go to the newsletter page of www.copperdoghill.com for a look at FarmGirls Susan (bybiddie) and Marianne (Mari-Dahlia) suited up and working the girls! Rosie

I went to your site to check out the honeybee installation. My ancestors settled in Bacon Hill, NY quite a long time ago. How far away are you from Bacon Hill? It was so interesting to read the newsletter.
