Do you ever wish you would not wake up in the morning because of the pain you endure every day
because of the stress and crap you take from your loved ones; when they know that the stress makes your pain worst and they don't give a crap???
Sorry,
But, I do wish I could go to sleep and when I do wake up it would be in the arms of Jesus ; and in Heaven
I cannot wait to leave this world and all the trouble it holds. Sheila

Oh Sheila, ***BIG*** (((HUGS)))!!!! I am so sorry you're going through so much physical and emotional pain right now :( Let me pray for you.

Father, I pray you would let Sheila feel Your loving arms wrapped around her tight RIGHT NOW. I pray that she would be able to feel that embrace every day that she is here with us and that she wouldn't have to desire to be in heaven with You to feel it. I pray that you would take away her pain both physical and emotional and give her Your peace that passes all her understanding. I pray that her family would hold her up with encouraging words and lots of love instead of bringing stress into her life. Father, fill their hearts with love and a desire to care for Sheila. I also pray that You would send some "earth angel" friends into her life to be there for her during this time that she needs them. I pray that You would just show her Your healing power and how much she is loved by those around her and needed here still. Fill her heart with overwhelming joy today. Give her some sign of Your love, Father. In Jesus' name I pray, AMEN!

Hang in there, Sister. You are loved <3

Sheila, so sorry to hear you are in that much pain! Big hugs and prayers out to you. I have RA and deal with a lot of pain and yes, stress makes it flare up badly. Do you have an auto immune disease and do you have a good doctor. You should not have to live with this much pain. Please take care of yourself, no matter what.

Sheila, I agree with Siobhan's prayer for you. Is there a pastor or someone you could talk to about this? You need to talk to someone. I know we are all here for you but you need to find a person you can confide in and get help for these feelings you are having. You have been through alot and to not have the support of your own family only makes it worse for you. I hope and pray there is someone there you can talk to.

Sending big hugs your way.

Kris

Like Kris said, I too, agree with Siobhan's prayer for you. I will keep you in my prayers. When you are feeling so bad remember that there will be several farmgirls praying for you. Let us know how you are doing. We care.

I know how you are feeling. I wish I could help. I have felt that same way many, many times. I found a very sweet woman at my church who told me to do something that just seemed stupid, but it helped. It won't take away your pain, but it made it bearable for me. She told me to start by driving somewhere to be alone. Somewhere out in the country. Then get out of the car and stand there thinking of all the things that are upseting you. Then scream. Do it as loud and as long as you can. Do it over and over agian until you feel the knot starting to relax. Then go home, get a notebook and start writing. You need to write out everything your feeling, thinking, going through, everything. It may take you a few days to get through it all, but just keep writing. Then get another notebook and write down something good that happened to you that day. Anything good at all. A flower you thought was pretty, a commercial that makes you smile, something a child at the store said to it's momma that gave you a giggle, hearing a favorite song on the radio, seeing a bird gliding on the wind, anything at all. You have to write in the happy one everyday and write as many good things as you can think of. You get out the venting one anytime you need to and write in it, but you don't read back through it ever agian. You can even tear out the written on pages and throw them away if you want. God has his blessings all around us all the time, we are the ones who chose not to look at them. It took me months to start seeing them again, but now I can see them again. Somedays I really need my books, other days I don't even remember to get them out. I've written in them for years now, and I've driven to that same secluded spot in the forestry to scream at God several times. I've even paced the roadside ranting and raging to and at Him several times. He is always there and he always listens. I have had a very hard time understanding that sometimes, but I'm just a little hard-headed, I guess. I don't know if this method will help you. I just thought I would pass it along. If you need someone to talk to that understands I am here. Email me anytime.

Sheila, how are this morning? Please let us know. That's great advice for her, Angela. I feel so much better when I scream too. It lets so much stuff out. I thought about you every time I woke up last night. I hope and pray you have a better day today. I want to come get you and bring you home with me here. I wish I could. Please let us know how you are and please keep in touch with us. Sending you love and good thoughts and lots of hugs.

Sheila, nobody can tell you what is the right way to raise your children and care for your household because we aren't living your life. We don't know the details of anything, so I can say, I won't judge you. Who am I to judge you? I will, however, pray that you find peace with whatever way you feel the Lord is leading you to lead your son and care for your home and that you will have some relief soon from the ailments that are bringing you pain in your body. Please take care of yourself. A lot if IBS is caused by other things like food allergies. Try to keep a food journal so you know what it is that is causing those attacks like last night so you can avoid them. I'm so sorry you are dealing with that. I know from personal experience the pain associated with IBS. I have several things that trigger bad attacks for me, and I just can't eat them.

Hi Shiela:
I was happy to read your post. And I'm glad you shared with us. I surely will not judge you. I am not on this beautiful Earth to judge. Shiela, I will continue praying for you.

Shelia,
When ever you feel troubled, know that the farmgirl sisters are here to help. They have been praying for me and my daughter through our troubles and have been a wonderful and supportive influence. Families tend to judge and try to solve the problems while our farmgirl sisters are there to support the decisons we make and give us strength. I so very blessed to be a farmgirl and if you live anywhere near Hampton Roads up to Fredricksburg area I would be glad to meet you somewhere for lunch or help you in any way I can.

I won't judge you if you don't judge me. My husband has his girls and he is always helping them out and making excuses for them. I have 2 sons and I also help them out when ever they need it. The only reason my son doesn't live with me is because he lives in my house and I live with my husband of almost 4 years. When ever my husband starts to make excuses for his girls, I just say honey I know, I have my boys and I am not making excuses for them. I am a mom and you are a dad. Thats it. You and your family are in my prayers. Wow being married 36 years to the same guy. That is wonderful. I always wish I could say I was married for 30+ years but I can't.

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.

Sheila, it's so good to hear from you and know you are alright. I'm sorry, sometimes I get going and say things I shouldn't. I just hate to see friends hurting. And when you say how much pain you are in and want it to end, that's pretty scary. So I was a little worried. I hope you and Connie can get together, even for a cup of coffee. It helps to just get out of the environment where you are feeling down and just breath fresh air.

Sweetie I know what it's like to live with pain, although not like you are discribing, the stress most certainly does make it worse. Could you just set down with your son and discuss this with him. Having DH in the conversation may help. My prayers are with you. And know that whenever you need to vent and need some support, we are here for you. Are you able to get out some? The get together with Connie may be a good start to get away for awhile. Keep us up on how you are doing. We all care about you.

Hugs, Brenda

Sheila I have wished that many times. Some days I feel that I just cannot face the day. I few years ago I was sleeping half the day every single day because I couldn't face it. I was struggling with my youngest children and their challenges and they seemed too big to overcome. There are days I still feel that way. I tried all the natural remedies without any luck. I have a biological history of depression...severe depression. I am now on anti-depressants and it was very difficult for me to reconcile taking them. My psychiatrist (who is also a friend) asked me if I would take my medication if it were a heart condition. That was an AHA! moment for me. I now take my meds and do much better. This does not mean I don't struggle but it definitely helps. The women on here have been AMAZING when I asked for help.
I cannot understand what you are going through truly but I will keep you in my prayers. BTW I have looked at your websites before and your crafts are GORGEOUS!!!!

Prayers sent and hugs offered. I understand how much it hurts. You must remember God has His plans for us...its not for us to choose. Sometimes it helps to just get it ff your chest. It does seem to lighten the load and makes us feel better. I pray for your healing and for God to lessen your pain.
