Dear Christina, Thank you for the adorable dang-it doll. I chose the road rage poem for my son!!LOL He already has it in his car!! He liked the button eyes! My children have grown up seeing me craft and always in the middle of projects so he got a kick out of the doll. Thanks again, Smiles, Beth

You are very welcome Beth! I am glad he liked it. It was so fun to design and make. I wanted it to be somewhat simple for a boy but still with a little crafty charm. I thought the muslin would be fun. That way it will get that boyish charm rubbed off on it to give it a bit more personality.

Linda (Yarnmama) - Thanks for starting this swap and being patient!
My goal is to mail your dolly by the end of the week. It's been awhile since I've taken on any kind of sewing project (other than embroidery/cross-stitch) so I'm a little rusty with my machine. So there's a little extra "darnit" in your dolly.

Blessings, staci FG# 973

LOL you are so funny.....a little extra darnit works for me!
I haven't started on yours...oops, darnit! But I will soon! This type of dolly works best when made rough looking, don't ya think?

Denise, I got my dolly today! ohhh my word is she funny. I sent yours out yesterday, I think when you get it you will agree that they could be brother and sister. I am going to post a pick of both of them on my web page once you receive yours, dont want to ruin the surprise for ya.
Thanks so much, love her hair, it cracks me up.

Margaret, I'm so glad you liked your doll. I'm not much of a seamstress, so I kind of make it up as I go along! I loved the doll you made me, and I'm so sorry if I hadn't already told you that! She is just darling and she sits on my desk. I'm calling her harmony, cuz she is a nice calming influence! Since, you are one of my wonderful pen pals, we'll be in touch soon! Hugs, Karen

Robin-

I received the doll. She is so funny. I have her sitting in the living room right now. I love her bead "hair". I'm glad you liked the one I sent to you. I had to make up the pattern and was worried she wouldnt be as good as everyone else's. I might have to make another one so I can have sisters! I will have to look at your site to see pics. I will be posting some to my blog as well.

Thanks again!

Denise

Oh, I am so sorry I missed this one, looks like a lot of fun. I've been enjoying the C.M.O.N.S. puppets lately (they are part of an Opel/Vauxhall ad campaign in Europe) and they get into a lot of risque situations! Maybe it's their anatomically approximate design...

Here is a link to the original artist's web page (he calls them bimbos)

http://www.borishoppek.de/bimbos-stuffed-sculptures/bimbos/

They have videos (some are Opel commercials, others are obviously copycat) on YouTube if you want to see them in action.

You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands - You shall be happy and it shall be well with you. -Psalm 128.2

Shoot, wish I'd seen this earlier, too.

I've made these for years but the first 2 lines are slightly different. Mine says:

When you want to throw the phone or kick the desk and Shout! The rest is the same. LOL!
