Hi girls!
I have an itch to sew and I need some project ideas. I already have several ideas, but wanted to rack the brains of my fellow farm sisters to see what you can come up with.

You could start making some bags. That's been mentioned on a few other threads and I am loving that, so this years gifts will be sent in reusable bags.

What kind of fabric pieces are you talking-scraps or full size pieces? Are you wanting a quick project or a longer one?

How about fabric napkins or pillows made from chalk fabric, or clothesline bags, cotton prairie skirt?????

How about Holloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas aprons. If I could sew that is exactly what I would do. LOL.

If you would like to make tote bags, baby bibs, or baby quilts: google "Care Bags for Kids" It is an organization started by a girl when she was about 11 or 12. Her foundations sends these to children all over the world who have experienced a crisis. The bags are filled with items they can use. You can donate the filler items or just send money, also.
