I just made a jewelry hanging thing out of an old widow. I took the glass out and got some screen and spray painted the screen purple. I painted the window white. Then stapled the screen into the back of the frame. I painted cute little purple flowers on the sides of the frame. I then hammered some little white paneling nails at the bottom to hang necklaces and bracelets. It's so darn cute. I have to make more now. I am giving it to my DD for her birthday Sunday. I know. She was my Mother's day present 29 years ago. I will try to learn how to post picks and show ya'll.
OOOOOOH this sounds so cute! Can't wait for the pics! My first mothers day present was 24 years ago & now she's a momma! It just doesn't seem possible. They grow up tooooooo fast.
