For colds and allergies I highly recommend 'Alcolol' (no, not alcohol - Alcolol). It's sold over the counter at most pharmacies and drug stores, it's all natural and it works like a charm.

(very inexpensive too!)

What is alcolol? I have never heard of it. I have been using local raw honey and I am amazed how much it is helping my allergies and I have not been taking allergy meds, YAH:) I will look for this, my allergies are bad since I moved back to the midwest. Thanks for posting this! And so glad you joined us!
