My grandmother use to make these out of coke bottle tops. She would put green ones on top and deep purple ones on the bottom and make them look like bunches of grapes. They were really pretty. I think i have one somewhere packed away so it won't get ruined. I love them. Thanks for sharing the pattern.

I have one made out of the small bottle caps, and one made from baby food jar lids. It is old. I would think you can use any size lid, adjusting your crocheting.
