I love cookbooks but I'm to the point where I really need to be a little particular about what I buy 'cause I'm running out of room for them - I saw the "make it fast, cook it slow" book at the library, this is by the woman who has the 365 days of slow-cooking blog (I'm sure I mangled the name - sorry). Anyway, for those of you of a slow-cooking mind, this is a great cookbook. Lots of variety - it is on my "to buy" list for sure

I have that cookbook, Make It Fast, Cook it Slow by Stephanie O'Dea. It's great! I bought it a couple of weeks ago. My DH even likes it....and this is coming from someone that is always giving me a hard time about all of my cookbooks. One of the things that I really liked about it is that she gives you the conversions to make many of the recipes gluten-free. The other thing is that most of the recipes are for normal food that my family eats and not off the wall stuff.
