I am a Glamper - let's get that straight firstly!  I do enjoy cooking when I'm camping, but I don't want to spend a lot of time on every single meal. I (try) to do a lot of prep before we head out to make my life easier at the campsite. I want to hike, fish, play with my girls at the campsite. So, when I was given this link - I was intrigued. Now, it is for plastic bag cooking - which I refuse to do. But if I can glean a few new recipes that my family will enjoy and are easy to prepare. I'm all for it. Perhaps I can store the ingredients in the baggies - or a container and then fix in a pot at the campsite. Your thoughts are appreciated!

When we go camping, I make up a menu, and do all the prep work I can do ahead of time. I pretty much make everything from scratch, so it does take some work, but it can easily be done. I cook in dutch ovens, so anything goes. Pizza, cinnamon rolls, to name a couple.I put all the mixes in plastic bags, to take up less room, and label everything. Being organized is the key. It saves alot of time later.
