Friends of mine have horse radish and I want to process some. They say it is a real pain in the behind to do so I can have all I want. Any advice?

yes it is a pain in the behind, I have only done it a couple of years, and I don't know if I will continue, this is something that I will probaly just grit my teeth and buy it at the store.

It isn't difficult but it is painful to the eyes. I just deal with it because it is SOOOO good!
