Bad combination, Annika with money and a bout of the blues LOL!
Does anyone else just want to eat chocolate and shop when they are depressed?
I should be sewing or cleaning the messy, messy house, but I'm drinking hot chocolate and browsing online  But instead of blowing a bunch of money, I'm killing trees by ordering free catalogues...Which I feel bad about.... Good thing I've got my third chapter meeting this Sunday. That'll cheer me up  I've got a bad case of too much family bickering and politics BLAH!

Annika, I'm so sorry you're feeling blue. I am kind of going through something too. I think it's all the pollen though. I actually took a nap yesterday. I felt a little better but today it's raining. But everything's green! I am sending good happy thoughts your way. Can you smell fresh baked bread and granola? I am also going to make lemon thyme shortbread when the bread's done baking. These smells always make me happy. I'll blow some good smells your way.

I think the blues are from my allergies. They are really killing me right now and making me tired.
We are having this huge wind storm right now 50 miles gusts...and its blowing dust and everything all over so I'm sneezing my silly head off lol!

so sorry your blue today. yesterday was my blue day. thanks to you all today is great. anyway... my sister shops when she is blue. i stay home shut the curtains watch old movies eat candy and usually bake. like kris. would like to be in today. i am getting your wind storm. yesterday 60 to 65 today snow blowing cold. i am going to go remove fly botts out of mini donkey ears. i will learn new things for sure. hang in their and buy something happy if you do. happy days on the farm sherrye

oh do i relate to you-sometimes retail therapy does make one feel better! sometimes i take 20 dollars and go to goodwill-it usually helps and you can get alot for $20. i know i've been glum past couple of days but it's been nasty and today it's cold so i've been working on little projects to keep me distracted. feel happy soon

When I get the blues I take my dogs for a walk. Works wonders. Fresh air, great furry friends.

Retail therapy works for me, but never clothing. When I'm feeling especially down, I go to L'Occitane and buy myself something amazing. When my feelings are hurt, or I've had a wreck of a day, I go to the pub and buy myself a pint, then to the ice cream shop. So, I shop when I'm blue, too.
I clean the house normally, but I REALLY clean when I'm angry!!!!
