Subscriptions aren't working quite like I would think they should.
Checking to see if new topics have the ability to be subscribed to.

Nope, which means until I found out more, I can set it to allow subscriptions for the entire Forum only or for specific Topics only.
I will set it to allow subscriptions to specific Topics only.

Upon reading the Help, I'll set it to allow Forum level subscriptions-
that will alert you to any changes in this whole particular Forum.

Sorry if that catches more topics than a given person may want, but it makes it easier for those wanting all to get all.
