Hey Kristin,
what else do you do with your home grown cube steak? I only ever seem to make chicken fryed steak and swiss steak. I could use some other ideas, do any of you Gal's have suggestions?
thank you!

Haha Tina! No, he's still with us. He's been pretty goos. Ezcept the other day my hubby was out working on the tiller and Jimmy flew at him out of the blue. Tiny started kicking him and throwing things at him. He's been good ever since. He doesn'r bother me at all. And hasn't gone near Kansas anymore either. Tiny thought that was funny though. I thought he'd be mad. And I told him about Jimmy going after Kansas too. He just said he was chased by a roo when he was a kid. So I guess that's just part of farm life.

That recipe in the Pioneer Woman's cookboof for Marlboro Man's favorite sandwich looks really good. I need to make some good bread and try it. You could stir fry it too I guess.

Sharon, I don't know about fish tacos. What is it? Can you post the recipe?

Kris

Last night we had a roast chicken and I threw together an awesome salad:
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 cup corn
chopped tomatoes
chopped pineapple
1 avocado chopped
1/4 c. cilantro

Whisk together:
1/4 c. orange juice
juice of half a lime
ancho chili powder
chopped garlic
a splash of vinegar
a drizzle of olive oil
It was sooooo good.
