Colitis attacks Questions; Okay I have that too I have been having attacks of those lately. Question; When you are having the attacks do you freeze one minute and then get really hot? Have a lot of bowel movements during the attack and feeling weak? How long does your attacks last? I have so many different conditions and diseases it just ain't funny any more. Lol hugs Sheila

Do you have your Gall bladder? I would do that when I was getting ready to have a Gall bladder attack. Then I got it out no more attacks. My Colitis doesn't do that to me.
I some times get cold sweats and weakness, when my colitis is being nasty to me. I'm not a doctor, but I'm wondering if it may be a nerve or hormone related thing, making your colitis worse. I have a few medical conditions and sometimes the symptoms of one (or more...) conditions, will make the colitis worse. I also have IBS and it sounds like that too.
I hope that you get some relief from this Sheila, it can be a real nightmare trying to have a normal life when your belly is acting up.
Colitis / Those of you who have it ????
