Well, I was going to wash my camper today, but now it's pouring down rain and thundering. So far, the only thing on our agenda is to go to the gym. Then, who knows. Tonight, we're driving up north to my inlaws house to take MIL out for Mother's Day Dinner and then tomorrow morning hubby is running a 10K there in town!

Feel better soon, Melanie and Channah!

Melanie in TX - LOL at your #1! I'd feel the same way. :-) You sure got a lot of stuff done, though!

Siobhan - That's how we wash our car! Let Mother Nature do the work! :-)

Well, I've not been successful with the long lists, so here's my "list" for today:

1. Declutter desk.

If I get more than that done, I'll add it to the list. But ONLY if I get the blankety-blank desk cleaned off!

I am feeling so good today! Yes!!! Today my to do list is:

1. Milk goats, put them out to pasture, give them hay and water, clean stalls, etc.
2. Clean room
3. Reply to 13 letters. lol ( yes I got behind. lol)
4. Write out recipes for swaps
5. Crochet some dish rags
6. Work on quilt ( I just now got started on my quilt again!)
7. Do laundry
8. French class today at 1:00

I think that is it so far. I might think of more later. Sherry, I make dish rags and other things out of 100% cotton yarn. It's my little side business to help pay for all my goats.

Melanie, I hope you are feeling better today!
Hugs,
Channah

So glad you are feeling better Channah! I'm still feeeling like poo. Hopefully tomorrow I will get back to work and get caught up. That kind of puts a damper on what I was really hoping to get accomplished this weekend. But the work will all get done. It's not like it's going anywhere. LOL

My youngest, hallie, was home with me today. She's had this barky cough, but yesterday afternoon she developed this rashy looking patch under her eye and arm. Doc didn't know what to make out of the rash- just said to keep an eye on it. Gave her some antibiotics for respiratory infection. Yay we all have the crud (insert sarcasm).

We also went and ate Mother's Day lunch early with my mom and sister at Arby's. Hallie calls it RV's. heeheehee And we found the old camera that has been missing for months and months. I knew it would eventually turn up! And I managed to muster up enough energy to do the dishes and a load of laundry. Now I think I'm gonna go relax in the tub.

I hope ya'll have a blessed Mother's Day weekend and stay healthy!!!
Hugs~ Melanie

I hope you and your daughter feel better Melanie! Tonight I have to babysit, but before that, I have a few things to do:
1) Dishes
2) Walk the dog
3) Put some clothes away
Then I'm off to babysit!

I had to laugh at your #1 too Melanie in Texas - wow there are a lot of Melanies all of a sudden:)
I am breathing a big sigh of relief - very busy week over and I got home today in time to clean the kitchen and catch up on paying bills. Now I can get back to my gardening schedule and clean a little each day. Whew!!

Today I have to....

1. Clean for one client. Sometimes this only takes a couple of hours, other times she keeps me all day.
2. Gorcery shopping
3. Mow the lawn
4. Get my swaps ready to go in the mail.
5. there seems like there's something else, but now I can't remember what it was

ok so I'm really not getting anything done. and for some strange reason i'm ok with that. maybe it's because i spent the weekend working. i am still going to get my swaps ready to go in the mail.

Congratulations, Melissa!!! I should develop that go-getter attitude too! We see how much of my list I got accomplished yesterday. If only I could do at my home what I do at each of my client's home in one day, I would feel awesome! LOL

So here's my list for today.....

1. grocery shopping
2. trip to the po
3. pay the property taxesboy that sure was a run around mess! glad it's done! and it was cheaper than the last couple of years. guess that's the good thing about having a new tax assessor in office. :)
4. take Ruby to the groomer she was such an angel, well compared to the evil witch she usually is. very well behaved poochie today. WOW!!
5. spot clean at the apartments
6. find my keys for work. they're in this house somewhere! had to have the maintenance guy open up the closet at apts for me. found in the laundry hamper. wouldn't you know it!
7. replace the guts to the pot- realized it's running constant when I brought Ruby back home. this should be fun as I have never tried this before, but if my sister can fix her potty, I know I can fix mine. It really cannot be that difficult. actually didn't have to replace the guts. One little plastic screw needed some tweaking.
8. Mail art

a couple of loads of laundry and dishes later

1. Client's home to clean-- just one! YAY!!!!
2. Pay a big fat medical bill. - it isn't even mine. it's my ex-husband's, but since we were married at the time, the state of IN says it's also mine. But I can't even think about trying to get a home loan until it's paid for. The kids and I really want a house!
3. the usual dishes, laundry, trash
4. Oh and I have a couple more swaps to get ready to in the mail
5. Well tweaking the screw in the pot yesterday didn't fix it. So now I get to replace the fill valve.

Today I have the apartments to clean and one client to clean for. I am so ready for this week to be done and my schedule to get back to normal!
And after all that I have my own house to clean. Today I think I will just concentrate on my desk area. i can barely see the top of it.

I am one whipped puppy! Today at the apartents, to make my tomorrow a bit more manageable, I vaccumed both buildings. That's three floors in each building. At least I had about 40 minutes to rest before I had to move on to my client's home.
I got a 10 minute catnap after getting the kids. Then my friend and her son came over. They had stopped at my sister's house and came back with a bucket full of tadpoles. My youngest got an amphibiam habitat for Christmas and we have been looking everywhere for frogs. So now she has a couple in her habitat and a bucket full outside.
Then I took the kids to the pizza place for dinner and the buss boy told Hallie all about his leopard gekko. Guess what she wants now?!
The kids pitched in and helped me clean the house. We mainly did some sweeping and just picking clutter junk.
Tomorrow is another long, long day.

Ack! The evil desk needs to be cleared off AGAIN! How does that happen???

Today's list:
1. Desk. Again. Gr.To be honest, it's not nearly as bad as it was, but it is a major clutter collector and needs daily clean ups.
2. Iron shirts
3. Dishes and laundry
4. Inventory stock for Market (Saturday will be my first day this season.)
5. Daughter's Kindergarten Graduation (!!!)
So cute - they sang "First Grade, First Grade" to the tune of "New York, New York" - with top hats and canes. Sniff.

Today....

1. Apartments and one client to clean for
2. 3 loads of laundry
3. clean my room- it looks like my crafting supplies threw up all over the place. I guess in a way that's a good thing, since that means I've been feeling a little more creative.
4.Put the finishing touches on mail art and get it in the mail tomorrow!
