I noticed one of the cereals has cinnamon (hot and creamy?), but does the oatmeal also have cinnamon? I can't eat cinnamon so I'd like to find a ready-made hot cereal that has flavor but NO cinnamon.

Allison - I was checking things out on the website, and the products have the ingredients listed below them. You can check there, and if you want to be double-sure, I'm certain if you called the folks at MJF, they'd double-check for you.
I hope you find things that you enjoy! Durn about the cinnamon - the hot & creamy cereal is my favorite
