Does anyone else do Cross Stitch? I love to cross stitch.

I usually pick samplers or Quakers. I am in a SAL right now.

Anyone else want to share what they do?

I love to cross stitch. I'm stitching a pair of teddy bears right now that I am going to turn into a small wall hanging.

I did cross stitch when I was about seven years old. I made a giant wall hanging with a picture of a little girl under a quilt for my niece. I guess it was such a big project for a little girl I never did it again...until recently when I joined the Sisterhood and had to embroider my patch! LOL! The embroidery is finished, just have to finish the piece and get it on my jacket. I think cross stitch may be a "new" hobby for me now. Funny how much inspiration I get here!

I do cross stitch and it's one of my favorite needleworks I do. It's just amazing what beautiful things you can create with thread!! I think I'm more proud of my cross stitch projects that any other I do. Time comsuming, but very much worth it.

I used to do cross stitch before I got married, but its been a long time since I have picked one up. Funny...since I was just thinking the other day "sure would be nice to start some needle work again..."

I love cross-stitch, especially vintage samplers. Have been working on an antique reproduction paper punch embroidery lately which has been fun.

Have also been cleaning out the craft room (making room for more!), and have some patterns I would love to give away if there is anyone interested. Several have a primitive style.

Three bunny patterns
One very primitive chick pattern- "From Spring Chickens to fair hens...always friends"
Heart and Hand sampler pattern from With Humble Heart-spoken for
Wish Upon a Star from Ewe & Eye
Small sampler and scissor keeper from The Drawn Thread
Basketball pattern
Autumn sampler pattern from Oberlin Samplers
Lavender Tea Sampler from Vanessa Ann-spoken for
Wandering vine blanket pattern from Shepherd's Bush
2- finger tip towel pattern books
3- christmas patterns
small lodge style sampler pattern book

I'm sure there will be more as I continue cleaning out!

Please e-mail me if you are interested in any of these, and I'll be happy to send them your way~
