I want to thank you soooooooooo much for thinking of me. The Laffy Taffy is sooo delicious & addictive. Thank you for putting a smile on my face...I have been in....I have to see a doctor today. I hope not but I think I have to if I don't get well soon.

Got a RAOK from Diana Weinhardt it was so cool. She is from New Mexico. I have actually been there we lived in ship rock for a while. Thank you so much for the stickers and the cute card. You are so sweet.

I send birthday wishes to Teresa J and Melanie B 2 weeks ago today, have either of you recieved your mail? Getting very frustrated with our post office, these would not be the first pieces that have gone missing... :c(

Sorry Annette, I meant to thank you last night for my lovely card, and delicious tea, but I didn't have a chance to go on the computer! It was so very sweet of you to think of me! I don't know why it took 2 weeks to get here, but it did!! The post office did the job this time! 
I would also like to thank Deborah for the birthday card! It is so nice of you!

Teresa, Oh I am so glad you did recieve your card; I've give the PO a little slack this time however it should never have taken so long... I may bring that up with the post master.

You are welcome. I had to put the delivery conf. on there because I have had trouble with packages going missing so I just have to start having some way to track them. When I saw that book I thought maybe some farmgirls would enjoy them.

Thank you so much for the letter. While at work today I started thinking how wonderful it would be to have something in the mail waiting for me. I sat right down and read your letter. Then I managed to fix dinner. I am really looking forward to writing you back.

you are very welcome annemary-about the hankies yep you just slip the watch on the folded hankie and slip it through. i got a really cool square face at joann fabrics. i believe it was either the lifebook or stitching room book that i saw it in-enjoy!

CJ - I just received your lovely package last night and what a wonderful suprise it was. Thank you!! I love all shades of green, so everything is perfect. I'm trying to think of something creative I can do with the bandanna/hankerchief and I can always use garden gloves, it seems I go through those way too quickly, same with the list/notepad. The "sexy" chocolate looks fun, it was a puddle when I got it, but now that it's hardened back up I'm looking forward to trying it, before my husband can get to it. And the photo album will hopefully inspire me to actually get some photos printed out. I finally have internet service at home, so I can work on catching up.
I am right with you, where has August gone? I can't even believe it. You are always so sweet and thoughtful, CJ. Many *hugs* to you.

Ladies that crochet this is for you!!!
The first FOUR ladies that respond to this message to me in an email will be RAOK with 2 crochet booklets each from the 40's on how to crochet things, like pot holders, lace trim on hankies...the ever sought after pineapple pattern etc.
These are really really cool!!! Found them in a scary drawer at a thrift store (if its out in the open I will look through it) in Michigan and upon further review, I can do basic crochet but this is way out of my league :)
