I thought that about the earlier pic too. They do look like they are smiling. Those must be some happy goats you have there Channah! They are sooo cute!

Kris, Esther is the big one with white spots and is brown and then there's Esthers baby Sadie who is the small one. Sadie is the one who had Ebony. Esther right now is pregnant with twins or more.

I thought so. Sadie is small. How far along is Esther then? She doesn't look very big right now. My goat Sandy looks like Esther without the spots. She's Nubian. And she is a wide load! And goats do smile all the time. They are just happy creatures. Yours look very happy. I guess with all that nice green grass all over there. I wish mine was green. It will be soon but right now it's still a bit brown with all the freezing temps we've had this winter. But there is some green underneath.

Kris, Esther is a little over 2 months along. IF you could see her now, she is very wide. It's really hard to tell in this picture. And yes Sadie is the small one. Now you know why I worried baout her having a baby because she was so small. But everything worked out!

I know why they are so happy! Cos they have you to take such good care of them!!! They are beautiful! My DH and I had 21 goats this time last year and something in the woods started killing them...So much so that we had to sell them...thinking we might lose them all...it was so hard to make that decision...We are hoping to get started with them again soon...
