I get to be the gushing auntie!! My brother, Brian and his amazing wife, Ashley welcomed adorable little Adria Ruth yesterday!! Born at home on Valentine's Day.
Both mama and baby are healthy and happy. Brian is a very proud papa...and if I do say so myself, they make beautiful babies!!

Congratulations Brian and Ashley....so very happy to see you all well!!! Got your note in the mail today which was very nice as I was needing a little sunshine :)
So.....a home birth?? How very brave!!! I was supposed to assist my girlfriend in her home birth but since the midwife did not show up in time I had to step in and be midwife!! Very cool...scary, but cool! The little girl I helped deliver is now going on 14.
And, Meg--proud auntie--I just found out at Christmas that my brother and sister in law are due for second little girl in June (near my b-day). My oldest niece will be just three when the little one comes. So wonderful!! Congratultions to you, too!
