I have been reading all these posts, nodding my head and saying, Yup! My dad, of all people, just sent me this link and it made me think of this thread. Hope you all get a laugh out of it as I did!

I do remember my mother on menopause; I was in my senior year of high school. She was very very angry, so when I went through it with my teen-aged children, every time I got furious, I remembered her. I didn't give them that memory.

But what did help is John R. Lee's book, What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause. I got it from the public library. Whether it was applying the book's advise or just my body, I had few hot flashes. The brain fog was intense and memory non-existent until I did what the book suggested. When I used the Zand progesterone cream, 21 days on, 7 days off, applied a different place on your body each time, the fog lifted.

Have hope in your heart, and darkness has no home.

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
