We would love to be included as well! We sell homemade soaps, and our's are usually different than other's due to the fact that we use fresh, raw milk. We also have all natural lip balm, ironworks, leathergoods, and aprons. Our website is up-to-date with products, if you'd like to check that out! Thanks!

Goodevening everyone! Just got home from being gone all day...picked up some old red barn wood many miles from home, and then some juniper fencing for our monster garden this year, and then it was off to the science fair at my daughters school. Whew! It is nice to make some tea and sit down with the farmgirls. I am meeting with our web designer tomorrow morning and figuring out all the details to make this site a whoppin success for all involved. I will share the details with you tomorrow! All I know is that it will allow every farmgirl an important and specific platform from which to sell her wears...strong marketing on the Made In The USA and a farmgirls honest hard work that speaks to the very heart of this country. Can you tell I am patriotic?!!!!Anyhoo....goodnight.

God Bless You!

Good evening gals! Met with my web designer today....the ball is a rollin! We figured the easiest way to set this site up would be similiar to etsy which makes it easy for you gals to set up and for the customer to navigate. It will have a paypal option, also. Next, is to figure out the logo and design which my daughter(the artist!) came up with and my little sister(the artist!)is refining as I am typing. More details in the next couple of days as more details get ironed out. One of the designers was on the board of the local farmers market and was very enthusiastic about the idea and getting us represented in that venue. I plan on making Farmgirl Products USA labels that will be included in every package sent and every product sold by any one of us....making this a collective group of women that are proud to support eachother. This would be in the form of a fairly small sticker attached besides whatever else you may have to represent yourself. It is farmgirls united!

God Bless You!

Update! Got the quote back from our web designer and all looks great. So, second meeting next Thursday will be renegotiating the terms of our contract and signing on the dotted line. This is exciting for everyone and the response has been very positive....on MJF and just through word of mouth around here. We are headed to the Oregon Small Farms Conference 2010 down at Oregon State University come this next weekend which I cant wait for! We are staking our second 6,000 ft. garden with these juniper logs which OSU has done studies on just recently and after 75 years they are the only ones standing! Just a little info for the day....and it is a sunny one....going to the beach and getting some clam chowder and sand between the toes. Have a good one.........Patti

So farmgals....we are signing on the dotted line Monday instead due to a change in the website. When we got the original quote it was a pretty good sum of money but we thought it to be worth it and that was that. Well, we got to thinking....what if we invest this much and only x-amount of farmgirls are up for it? Then the possibility of building a smaller website came to mind....which would explain the business and its future plans with a survey of interest option to all who want to sign up. After we get x-amount of farmgals to sign up....then we will launch it and it will be quite spectacular let me tell you...better than Etsy and specific to every farmgirl out there. It is just a safer route is all. I will be advertising, passing out business cards and talking to the world about this venture so it can reach its success. It would be in everyones interest to do the same so we have a certain amount of vendors to launch it properly. I was told most of the design can be transfered to the official site and so that was a relief. Monday will see us handing over the logo and alot more to start setting it up. This one will not take long I was told. So, spread the word gals and sign up will be a cinch very soon. I will also post a picture next week of my roadside stand that will be the first Farmgirl Products USA physical site.....its really cute! Have a great weekend.

God Bless You!

We are headed in the right direction....for sure and within the next week the mini site will be running for sign up. I have almost sixty farmgirls at this point ready but need more. Once I get the mini site up I will be pounding the pavement so to speak to spread the word far and wide. I want this to be a place of opportunity not only for the farmgirl but all our wonderful customers, too...which means variety!

God Bless You!

So what is interesting about this is that I used Bing to try and find it and it didn't work but when I clicked on it in my post it worked! Looks great but where are the areas for shops etc.? Will you be doing that?
