Well, we've decided we need to celebrate our spunkiness for more than just one month!!!

Hey Farmgirls,
Just thought I'd share with you that, MARY JANES Calendar says that FEBRUARY is "SPUNKY OLD BROADS" MONTH!!!!
How 'bout that . . . a month for farmgirls like me!!! YAY!!!!!

Her calendar also says that:
Saturday, FEBRUARY 6th is: "Celebrate Friendship" Day

It is: - NATIONAL EMBROIDERY MONTH
- INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP MONTH
- BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Happy February Celebrations!!!

Hey Kay,
You can order the calendar from Mary Janes Farm off the website.
I LOVE IT!!! They put in all that "month" stuff, plus regular holidays and such and fun things just for MJF . . .example would be that January 24th was "Belly Laugh Day".

I'm celebrating by being just that . . .a "Spunky Old Broad"!!!! Whatever I darned well please!!!
ENJOY IT GIRLS!!!!

Spunky Old Broads are my favorite kind of people. Is there a MJF badge for that?

Last night this spunky old broad was knocked flat on my back by one of my dogs.. :( Today I am hurting. I wanted to do something spunkiesh today but it will have to wait. For now, I will be doing the old broad part- sitting in my most comfy chair and knitting baby washcloths for my soon to be baby grandson.
I will be thinking though, while I am knitting, what spunky thing I will be doing as soon as I recuperate. ;)

Oh Brenda, I feel for you!! I know what that feels like. I got attacked by a rooster and it threw me back. It took me days to feel better. I think for my "spunky old broad" act I might wear white shoes instead of black!!! In MS where I live that is a huge no-no! At least until Easter.

Brenda . . . I am sorry!!! But enjoy your knitting!!!

Requirements??? hm-m-m-m, I'll have to think on those things!!! I think it should include going against some pre-established "norm" . . . like Michelle's shoes!!!

There is a LOT of freedom that comes with being a Spunky Old Broad!!!

THANKS FOR THE SMILES!

~~ouch~~~Brenda. I sure hope you mend quickly! OK Gals...who amongst us will do "Double-Duty- Spunky" for Brenda 'til she gets better? **Raises hand** I'm always glad to help out in that department! hahahaha There ya go Michelle, do the white shoes. That'll drive 'em crazy wondering about "that crazy farmgal." And you can tell them, "It ain't crazzz...it's Spunk!" And we Farmgals have plenty of it!!
