My partner and I are going to take a few more days to finish and send. I've been sick again...and sleep too much. Still enjoying it though!

Mary, I received the tea towel, that you made, today. I LOVE it, it is beautiful. My lambs will all start appearing end of April, chicks, next month, bunnies, whenever they feel brave enough and kittens too. No robins yet, too much snow but I heard the geese honking, as they flew overhead, the other night. They are all represented on that beautiful towel. It is as if you could see inside my life, thank you. I finished your tea towel today but will mail on Friday, pay day. Sorry you have to wait so long. Thank you for the lovely card too, I think they are the bonus in all our swaps.

I received the most beautiful tea towel and napkins from Rosemary! And a wonderful letter, which I just love getting hand written mail. I will cherish these forever. They are so pretty, I may not be able to use them. Show them off...you bet ya!
If I can figure how to post a picture here, I'd love to show them to you all. Again, THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Blessings, Brenda

If you'd like to post a picture, the easiest way that I know how is to use photobucket. You upload a picture (and it is secure) to their site. Once it is uploaded, they will provide you with an HTML code.
When you post here, you copy that code into your message and it will display your picture once you've hit "Submit Reply"

:)

Dear Meadowcrone,
I'm so glad you liked the tea towel! I had so much fun making it. No worries about the wait- gives me a reason to check the mail!
It's funny how sometimes the things we send each other turn out to be so perfectly personalized! I really wanted to put the lamb on there- I was a little afraid my applique would come out looking more like a lump- but it was lamb-y after all.
Take Care,
Mary LD

Bernadine,
I know- I'm terrified to wash certain things, so they just have to stay dirty and blend in with the farm look!
Or get spot cleaned , on certain occasions!
XO-
Mary
PS I made the towel by tracing cookie cutters onto Therma Bond, and then doing the applique process. I LOVE my cookie cutters!

Bernadine,
Thanks you for the AMAZING tea towel! I LOVE it!
I'm so inspired. It's my favorite color, green with another shade of green in big polka dots. Flowers are embroidered around the polka dots, so they are the flower centers.
It's kind of like a sampler, with all different embroidery stitches to make the flowers and stems. There's a cute spider dangling from it's embroidered web. SO creative!
Now I need to get busy and learn some more embroidery stitches. Bernadine, have you embroidered long? You are great at it!
