I came home this evening to a mailbox stuffed with goodies! I got not one, but TWO beautiful pin cushions from Kathy (khartquilt) for the pin cushion swap. I will post pictures of those tomorrow in the swap thread when there is daylight. She made the cutest little valentine in there too. So creative!
Then, I also received my first letter from my farmgirl penpal, Kerry (kerbear)!
Two wonderful pieces of mail to put the icing on a wonderful day (went to the Children's Hands-on Museum with my DH and kids today).
Thank you Kathy and Kerry for being such wonderful friends! Farmgirls are the best! Kathy, you should have gotten your pin cushion today too. Kerry, now that I have your note, I will write mine. I was hoping to hear from you first so I would have time to get some stationery LOL!

I'm glad for you!! My mailman just made me irritated . . . again!!!
He is such a grouch . . . and we keep fussing with him over postage on my "lumpy" Valentine envelopes. He is a pain and has been for years . . . we just do our best!
Anyway, maybe tomorrow will be a better day!
I'm glad you got some WONDERFUL mail!!
