I've been surfing (from the google search on the pattern Kathigene suggested) and found this page http://tamtaysews.blogspot.com/
It is a blog of one woman's quest to alter patterns and ready-made clothes to fit her body! WOW! do I need some suggestions for that topic!
Anyway, she refers to a Paisley Pincushion web site, and I went there, and there seem to be a number of Apron patterns and photos there.... I searched MaryJane's Connection (this site) and didn't find any references, so maybe it is something new???
