Does anyone use one of with HEPA like filters and one True HEPA. The boyfriend has a slight allergy to my cats and I'm trying to find something that might help. Anything you all have would be appreciated.

thanks, Laurie

Our children have allergies and we've used air purifiers for years. We tend to like the ones with HEPA filtration systems and ionizers. We also have had great success with the permanent-type allergy-free filters for our HVAC system in the house, but the initial investment is pricey. Good luck!

hi laurie, we use e.l. foust air filters. they have all sizes. they first started by making the air systems for clean rooms for computers. in the olden days lol they are first rate. you choose the material for your filter. some folks have sensitivities to diferent things. we bought ours 16 yrs. ago. it is still going strong. what i like is the one we have is stainless steel and carbon filters and hepa filter. they have a web site. just a thought sherrye
