Hello Sisters,
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.
Some of you might have read that we, Farmgirls of the Heartland, will be hosting an Arpon Gathering Sept. 18, 2010 in Kansas City,MO.We are in need of a quilt manager. Someone who can take on this project and attend the gathering and see it through to the end.
If there are enough blocks for two quilts a decision will be made for the recipient fo the second quilt.
The blocks will be signature quilt blocks.. Directions can be found on the forum. Directions will also be posted for those attending the gathering. Anyone who is last minute, a block will be available for a minimal fee and the proceeds will help cover postage costs to send the quilt to it's recipient. (second quilt still in question, it will be raffled or auctioned. etc??)
If anyone would like to take on the project please let us know, we would love to have you on our team to make this event special.
Questions, comments, concerns,jokes or just plain old help are all welcome...
