Nora is so clever! She is 2.5 and a couple of years ago the Dollar Store had these great classic fairy tale wooden puzzles on sale. The age on them said 3 and up. Nora hasn't been very interested in them other than the pictres on the puzzles. Well now she has puzzle fever and is really enjoying the "victory" of getting all the pieces to fit properly!

My kids all had wooden puzzles---mostly the same ones handed down---they specially loved the farm animals ones. MB

Wooden puzzles bring back such fond memories, my dad used to make them for me and my siblings, then G/kids, now those have gone to the Great G/kids. The farm, The US map, ABC's, etc.
