oh no! the list is gone... i also try to stay away from HFCS. I don't have a list going (i'm sure it's very long!), just try to check ingredients when I shop. i also try to stay away from any vegatable and soybean oil in the ingredients list. it's tough, but it has forced me to do more homemade baking and cooking, which i love!

Wow, that's a bummer about the list. It was still there a few days ago. Oh well, maybe I'll stumble upon another one of these days. You're right though, nothing beats reading labels.

| Shop the outside aisles of the grocery. Where the dairy, produce & meat are. If you do not go down the aisles(except for olive oil & the occasional borax, ..wink) you will greatly minimize the HFCS in your life.(of course stay away from sugary dairy products, yogurts etc!) |

I was so bummed to find out yogurt even has it! hopefully regular grocery stores supply organic yogurt, though i dream of making my own someday!
