oh no! the list is gone... i also try to stay away from HFCS. I don't have a list going (i'm sure it's very long!), just try to check ingredients when I shop. i also try to stay away from any vegatable and soybean oil in the ingredients list. it's tough, but it has forced me to do more homemade baking and cooking, which i love!

Wow, that's a bummer about the list. It was still there a few days ago. Oh well, maybe I'll stumble upon another one of these days. You're right though, nothing beats reading labels.

Shop the outside aisles of the grocery. Where the dairy, produce & meat are. If you do not go down the aisles(except for olive oil & the occasional borax, ..wink) you will greatly minimize the HFCS in your life.(of course stay away from sugary dairy products, yogurts etc!) |

I was so bummed to find out yogurt even has it! hopefully regular grocery stores supply organic yogurt, though i dream of making my own someday!
