And it worked perfectly! I packed one of the Black Beans and Rice meal packets to work thinking to make the mix a bit thick and use it at the beans on some taco shells I brought, but the taco shells got broken so I added a bit of extra water and ate it more like a soup. It was SOOO good.

The cafeteria ladies that take your money when you buy cafeteria food were asking what I had and I told them about the farm and the food and let them smell it. It smells so good! You can really smell the red pepper flakes and cheese! Everyone in my training group watched me gobble up every mouthful! YUMMY!

I love the MaryJanes farm food at work. I packed a lunch for Doug and I for tomorrow- We are both going to have the Potato Soup. I can hardly wait! I can't wait to watch them drool because I have a quick and tasty meal and they are stuck with pre-cooked hamburgers and Special of the Day.

I couldnt agree more. They are a life saver. This past summer we had to make do without a fridge. MJ meals were the answer for those times between going to the store.

Alee, when I saw the title I thought maybe you stepped in something. But this is better. It sounds really good. I'd like to try some. What are you doing now? I must have missed something somewhere. I thought you were at a little grocery store.

Hi Kristin- I did have a little part time job there for a while being a cashier, but it was just not cutting it as far as taking care of bills and such so now I am working at Wells Fargo as an in-house customer service representative. So in other words I don't do customer service for the customer but rather the banker.

Today I Doug and I both dined on the Creamy Potato soup! It was wonderful! Nice and hot which was nice after a morning in a cold room! My toes were even cold with wool socks on!!

Anyway, Doug and I don't share a lunch hour so I had to wait to here his review. So I was suprised when he came to the car holding part of his lunch (a steamer bag of broc. and cheese that I had thrown in). My husband has a VERY HEARTY appetite and so I was expecting him to not be satisfied with just soup. And since I want him to stick without our money-saving plan of taking food to work instead of buying each day, I packed him extra tid bits. Anyway he said that soup was really good (I agree!) and that it was really filling! We had the farmhouse size (two servings in a pouch) and with each serving being only 110 calories, eating the full pouch by yourself is actually not that bad (Much better than a burger and fries for sure!). So I was really pleased! I know that might sound really silly, but my husband an be really hard to please sometimes!!
