I want a darnet doll!
I can see one for birthday (don't want to get older)
or for sports (tired of hubby watching them...or from your team losing). What about computer prints...lol we could make one with men on it...lol
some of us get tired of cooking....etc...or housework.....

I'm back!!! YAY!!! My old computer was suffering some major malfunction. Rarely did it would work all day most of the time it would boot up and then kick itself right back off. (I was told it was a hardware problem. I had it fixed once and it went out again in a couple of months time.) Soooo I decided to treat myself this weekend to a new one! Ahh Danny is also back home. But it is going much better. I do believe he will be able to stay with us afterall. I'm so happy! I just love that lil buggar, well he's not so little anymore. LOL
Anyhoo... I have been working on the dolly. She now has a complete body and a dress. We are expecting a good snow tonight, so hopefully a snow day tomorrow. (crossing fingers) That will give me the whole day to work on the doll! I can not wait to have a day to crafting! The kiddos will have doggy duty. Since the dogs and the kids love snow more than I do, I think it works best that way. LOL

Whatever color you choose, Toni, I'm sure will be beautiful. I LOVE surprises the most!
Only about another hour, till Hallie will be up and at it. Then she can take over the pooches and I can go whole up in my room.

Guess what Toni?!!! I have your dolly all finished. Dd was a huge help with the pooches today.  I think she deserves a lil something special. I'd make her a dolly too, but she's not a girly girl. Email me your address and I will get her out to you in the next couple of days.
The weather guy says we got about 8 inches of snow over last night and this morning. Yeah school is cancelled again tomorrow. The kiddos are happy!

...funny how when you begin with a set idea on how you want the dolly to be and look... then as you go along with creating her, she has transformed to something entirely different than you dreamed!

 Here is the dolly that Melanie made me for the swap isn't she just beautiful. She made her with fabric that has birds all over it.
I love watching birds at the feeder so what better way to dress my doll. How did you know? A big HUG from me to you. Toni |

This is the dolly that Kerriann made me! Isn't she great!
She wears a robe and slippers to match. She holds a china teacup and has sleepy eyes. Her hair is a long braid that is held up with a chopstick. She also has rice or something in bottom to sit firmly upright.
