I'm new around here and I sometimes get lost with all the great info.

Where would I find recipes with canning recipes in it? I did a search
and didn't come up with anything. You farmgirls do can don't you, LOL!

Like I said I'm new and trying to find my way around. Love it here!

We started canning again last year and can't wait to get started again. I'm definitely gonna pick way more of everything this summer. We go to a upick farm. It's hard to grow in our yard, but gonna put in some raised beds & try that. I'm almost out of green beans already!

WE ran out of peaches this week!! Gosh..I have never run out before. Husband has been taking jars of peaches to work for his breakfast and really breezed through them. I will have to do twice as many this August to make sure we have enough. I did can alot of peach pie filling though and have about 8 jars of that left..yum..my favorite!!

WE had a wonderful time on line during canning this year did'nt we?!! WE were all on line asking each other what we were canning that day, it was great fun, while we waited for water to boil.
