C'mon over for some potato soup. It turned out really good if I do say so myself! Lol.

I don't measure anything so I will tell you what I do the best I can. Ha.

3/4 pound sausage
1 box of chicken broth or homemade
1 large onion
4-5 cloves of garlic diced fine
4-5 medium size potatoes diced or more if you like more
Very large handful of greens (spinach, kale, etc) chopped or 1 box of frozen
Quart of milk
Cream if desired
Salt
Pepper

Brown sausage, onion, and garlic in a dutch oven or other large pot. Add greens briefly to wilt. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil and add potatoes. Cook potatoes to desired doneness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and add milk and cream. Don't bring to full boil, just to where it is kind of pulling away at the sides. If you boil the milk, it will curdle. I think that is it. Enjoy!
