Hello, Sisters!
I have some leftover cheeses that are all mixed togehter in a ziplock bag. My cousin sliced them all up on Thanksgiving, and there are at least 2-3 cups leftover. Over 20 yrs ago as a teen, I learned that I am allergic to cowsmilk, so I really do not cook w/ cheese. My son and hubby won't go through that much leftover cheese anyway. Who thinks that herbed brie, dill Havarti, gouda, and port wine cheese log can be made into something that a husband and son would eat? Ok, leave out the cheese log! Can the other leftovers be made into mac and cheese, or would it be too strong?
Thanks, Y'all!!

Havarti and gouda are great in mac and cheese. I've never tried brie but I dont see why you couldnt remove the rind and throw that in as well!

lol, IF I have some left over cheese (not often since I love cheese) I give it to Pinky. She loves it too! Not too much but as a tiny special treat :) Only the non salty Gouda cheese, never ever the Brie etc. I eat that ALL by myself YUMMO!!

Well, maybe the barn cats would take a bite or two!

Meanwhile, I'll go with Julie's idea!
