Channah, once you get the hang of them they are a breeze to make. I remember my first pair I made in school, I must have been about 10 I think ;). They were made with the Tunesian stitch and the long crochet hook. SO fun, cute and veryu easy to do (don't remember how anymore, SO long ago;) )
