I came home from being in Sacramento for several days to find that my husband had torn out the carpet in our bedroom and replaced it with beatiful hard wood floors!! We had talked about doing this but I never thought he would. He took the whole week off from work, and I had no idea. The funny thing is, I had a dream while I was gone that my whole house was trashed and I would come home to a huge mess. I even called and told him that. He just laughed, but later said when I called abut the dream, the house was a huge mess but he couldn't tell me that. I am a very lucky girl!!
Forget buns of steel, I'd rather have buns of cinnamon!
I'm so happy for you! What a sweet fellow you've got! I'm about to rip out the horrid wall-to-wall in our bedroom and replace it with bamboo flooring =) Enjoy your shiny new floor!
