My name is Rebecca. I am a country girl at heart, living in the country, but I miss the city! I would like to have my cake and eat it too! I love being around the nature, but I love city ammenities. I love being really close to town/church/people/work/school.
I have been married 9 years to a wonderful guy, Jonathan. We have Joel 7, Caitlyn 5 & Elia 2. And we have a little guy due to join our family in July! We also have my 15 year old niece living with us. So, we have our hands full.
I am the youngest in my family. I have 3 older siblings all out of state.
I get to stay home and am very grateful to my husband for that. We have precocious children and this fall 2 of them are going to a private school in the fall. Yay! We hope to move back to the city before then. Back to our social network/support.
My husband and I (and our children) love reading. I am a huge Jane Austen fan. In fact, I am spoiled to her! Currently I am reading Crime & Punishment.

Thanks Jan!
Thank you Jenny, I cracked up so much when I read your tagline! That's pretty good! Jane Austen is well worth a try.
Forgot to mention our animals here, oops! We have a Mitzi the horse, Hammish, our huge (5yr old) cat that has well respected boundaries as he just hasn't learned that love means NO biting, and our Cairn Terrier mix named Amber who was a puppy when I was pregnant with our first child. Amber has weathered several moves and family changes. She is an all-purpose dog. If you want her indoors, she is good as gold. If you need her to be outdoors she is perfectly content. Couldn't ask for a better dog. Very flexible!

Welcome Rebecca! You will fit right in here! Jane Austin is quoted a lot in my family. Love her stuff! My girls are mostly grown up and gone. 23, married; 21 and newly in love; 14 going on 20. Miss having little people around, so I try and get my fill at church with the kids there. Hoping soon to be a g'ma. Anyway, glad to have you on board! Julia V.
