Waiting, waiting, and still waiting.... I'm trying to be patient, but I am really getting antsy here. We have everything packed except for the necessities. I'm getting tired of looking at boxes and it's about to make me nuts that I can't work on any of my craft projects. Will you all please send some good thoughts my way so that cousin Bob can get the repairs done on the house?

I lived in my house with my 2 boys (ages 4 & 5 ) while my dad and friends & myself built it. I started with an old broken down house and built a new kitchen,LR & bath off the back of it. Then tore down the orginal home and added 3 bedrooms & a bath. While working full time and being a single mom. I will pray for your sanity.
Melanie Yes you will get moved!! It took us months and months to get through building our new home It took months to get things packed and all at once we are here ! Yes , a lot of things are still packed up Lots of my material ./ books and yarn I cannot get in my sewing/ craft room until hubby can build a room/ den down in the basement which will be in a couple of years. any way don't drive yourself crazy. You will get there. I hadn't moved in over 28 years or so. so you can imagine all the stuff we had and de- cluttering we went through and still getting rid of things. Hugs sheila
