Had to go to the Diabetic doctor yesterday
I lost 3-1/2 more lbs !!! Hooray for me !!Yep pee
that is a total of 15--1/2 lbs since April
3-1/2 lbs. might not seem a lot in 3 months
but,
being Diabetic type 2 it is to me
As being Diabetic it is harder to loose weight and to keep it off
The doctor said he was really pleased about that and my sugar readings have been really good
I told him ; I was trying hard to lose weight and to keep it off. and
to keep my sugar readings down
please good thoughts and prayers are much needed for me.
Thanks hugs sheila

thanks farm girls
I was fat as a baby and little girl
I have struggle with weight issues all my life
I got walking pneumonia as a teen ager
and lost all my weight
I didn't start gaining weight really bad until after I had my son
then it kept putting on during the years.
I exercised but the weight kept coming
Hopefully I can loose more ; hugs sheila
