I too love all most all of the Christmas music, but Silent Night is my very very favorite. We may get snow tonight, maybe I should get the Christmas CD's out.

I listen to Christmas music all year long- I started at work in September! Right now my favorite is Joy To The World!! It will change every now and again- but I LOVE that song. I really love it when I am sitting in the front of church and the congregation is singing their loudest- it is so beautiful- it brings tears to my eyes! |

Lori My pastor also named Joy to the World as among his favotirte hymns &enlightened me to the fact that it really is not a Christmas hymn, but one of rejoice for Christ. I never would have thought of that, but since he brought that up, I consider it a gorgeous year round acclimation! My faves..I love "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day" & "Sleigh Ride" (instrumental version) |

"Mary" sung by Reba, "Little Drummer Boy" sung by many, and "Ava Maria", again sung by many.

The Carol of the Bells and There's no Place Like Home for the HOlidays (Carpenters), oh, and "O come, O come Emmanuel". I love almost ALL the Christmas songs!! In fact it's yucky enough outside today that I may resort to actually listening to some Christmas music.

I absolutely love "Mary, did You Know?" and i'm kinda crazy about "baby, it's cold outside" My sister and I have harmonized to that one since we were kids. The best version is Dean Martin (and I should know because I think I own almost every version of that song ever recorded) LOL Michele

O Holy Night for me. There is a Youtube video of a live performance that Celine Dion did of the song that is spectacular. It makes me tear up every time I hear it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Jr-2eyRtV4

Baby it's cold outside! I just love the old sound...I also like that one, I think it's called Sleigh Ride Together...it goes "It's lovely weather for a sleigh ride together with you!" Also has that old kind of swinging sound I like. I love the holidays!

I love Fall and Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorites. I would say that Mary did you know, is my absolute favorite Christmas song sung by Michael English. I love all of the Carpenters music too. What a wonderful time of year. Sheri

I love "O Holy Night" by either Johnny Mathis or Celine Dion. I like the Eartha Kitt version of "Santa Baby" - cannot stand the Madonna version. Oh, yeah, and "Baby, It's Cold Outside" from "Elf".
I really do enjoy all of the Christmas hymns. I like the CDs by Trans Siberian Orchestra and Mannheim Steamroller. There are a couple by Point of Grace that I must listen to, also.

What Child is This? and White Christmas, I watch the movie every Christmas Eve. And, of course, O Come All Ye Faithful.

White Christmas by Bing Crosby - what else from a girl raised in Vermont!!! It isn't Christmas until I've watched that movie at least a couple of times! I also adore Ronan Tynan's Christmas album. Is anyone else out there a Ronan fan? I've seen him in concert several times, and he is amazing!

I watch White Christmas every Christmas Eve too! Love me some Bing. :) Does anyone watch Holiday Inn every year? I just love that movie too, especially when Astaire does his 4th of July dance. He sure was amazing. |

Ya Emily, I do! I'm a Crosby, Astaire, G.Kelley fan. I pretend it's me in their arms and listening to that crooning. I feel like I'm there. hahahaha Silly I know, but I don't care. I sure would love to dance like they do!
